Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on your arrival day.

We kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 AM on your departure day.

Subject to availability, an early check-in (from 10:00 AM) or a late check-out (until 5:00 PM) can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance if you would like to make use of this service.

Payment

To confirm your reservation, we require a 40% prepayment of the total booking amount. This prepayment is non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your arrival.

Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation up to 6 weeks before your arrival. In that case, only the non-refundable prepayment will be retained.

If you cancel within 6 weeks of your arrival, the full reservation amount remains payable.

We strongly recommend taking out suitable travel and cancellation insurance.

Dogs & Pets

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and to accommodate those with allergies, dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed at La Finca Roja.

Shared Outdoor Areas

If you are staying in one of our apartments or in the chalet, you will share the outdoor areas of La Finca Roja with guests staying in the other accommodations.

Shared facilities include:

• the swimming pool
• the terraces
• the barbecue area
• the vineyard
• the trampoline
• the gardens and all other outdoor areas

We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another so everyone can enjoy the peace, space and unique atmosphere of La Finca Roja.

If you book La Finca Roja Exclusive, the entire finca, including all indoor and outdoor areas, is reserved exclusively for your group.

Housekeeping

Your accommodation will be clean and fully prepared for your arrival.

We kindly ask you to leave it reasonably tidy when you depart. If anything is damaged or not working properly during your stay, please let us know so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are included in your stay.

Basic Supplies

Coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside any of the accommodations.

You are welcome to smoke outdoors, provided you are considerate of other guests and the natural surroundings.

Liability

La Finca Roja cannot accept liability for the loss, theft of or damage to personal belongings, or for accidents occurring during your stay.

We kindly ask you to treat the accommodation and its contents with the same care and respect as you would your own home.
