Booking form (Smoobu)
When you make a booking enquiry or reservation through our online booking tool, which is provided by our booking software partner Smoobu GmbH (Germany), we collect the following personal data:
– Full name
– Email address
– Postal address
– Phone number
– Number of guests
– Arrival and departure dates
– Any message or special requests you include
Purpose: This data is used to process and confirm your booking, communicate with you about your stay, and fulfil our contractual obligations to you as a guest.
Legal basis: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract).
Sharing with Smoobu: The booking form is embedded from Smoobu, and the data you enter is processed by Smoobu GmbH on our behalf as a data processor, in order to manage availability and process your reservation. You can read Smoobu’s own privacy policy at https://www.smoobu.com/en/privacy/.
Retention: We keep booking data for as long as necessary to fulfil your reservation and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting, tax, and legal purposes (in line with Spanish legal retention requirements), after which it is deleted.
Payment
We currently only accept payment by bank transfer. We do not collect or store card details on this website, and no online card payment is processed through the booking form.
Cookies
We use a cookie notice on this site to inform visitors about the use of cookies for the proper functioning of the website.
Embedded content
Pages on this site may include embedded content from third parties, in particular:
– Smoobu booking tool — see the “Booking form (Smoobu)” section above
– Google Reviews widget — we display a Google Reviews widget on our site so visitors can see guest ratings. This widget is provided by Google and may set cookies or collect data (such as your IP address) when the widget loads or when you interact with it. Smoobu GmbH is based in Germany, so booking data is processed within the European Union. Where any of our other service providers are located outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

– Request correction of inaccurate data
– Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations, e.g. for tax purposes)
